Our Story
As consumers, we spent years searching for a decent cup of coffee - only to be constantly disappointed with the mass-produced, commercially roasted coffees. We were not able to experience the flavors promised by the roasters and retailers. This sparked our curiosity to roast our own coffee.

At DOSE, we are passionate about delivering an exceptional coffee experience. Every cup is a masterpiece, meticulously prepared to elevate your senses. Our journey began with a vision to redefine the art of coffee-making, and today, we strive to exceed current industry standards.
We're a small coffee roasting company based out of Southern California who prioritizes quality. We work exclusively with distributors who provide ethically sourced beans and who align with our quality standards. Our distributors frequently visit the coffee farms to verify cultivation, harvesting and processing methods.
The DOSE Difference
We are early adopters of using infrared light to roast our beans. This method, versus traditional gas and drum roasting, allows us to produce beans that are evenly roasted, less acidic and preserve origin flavors. Each cup is an intense experience with invigorating aroma, bold flavors and a smooth finish. From the first sip to the last, savor the essence of true craftsmanship.
